Agreement between Henan University of Technology and Its Employees Going Abroad

Party A: Henan University of Technology

Party B:

According to individual application and after deliberation, the university agrees with Zeng Yan on going to Britain to travel around and visit her daughter on private business in accordance with the provisions of relevant documents of the state and university. To clear responsibilities of both parties, both Parties have reached the following agreement upon consultation:

1.     Party A agrees with Party B on going abroad from Aug 1^st, 2011 to Aug 30^th, 2011. During this period when she staying abroad on private business, Party A shall reserve the public position of Party B and stop paying her all wages and social benefits. That of person going abroad on duty shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of the university.

2.     Party B shall return to the university in time. If Party B cannot return to work in time, a written permission shall be approved by Party A in advance; otherwise, Party B will be treated as being absent from work, and when the absence time exceeds the time of dismissing for being absent from work specified by the state and university, Party B will be dismissed by Party A. 

3.     Other terms agreed by both Parties: none.

4.     Matter not mentioned herein shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and university.

5.     This agreement comes into force upon signatures (seals) of both Parties.
